Cancellations
Terms & Conditions

To confirm your booking request, a deposit equal to 40% of the total amount of your stay is required;
The remaining 60% of your stay must be paid upon check-in;
Non-refundable rates: 100% of the amount must be paid upon booking.

Cancellation & Penalties on Deposits:
Up until 30 days before date of arrival – there is no penalty;
Up until 10 days before date of arrival – penalty of 50% of the deposit;
9 to 0 days before date of arrival – penalty of 100% of the deposit.

No-Shows:
There is no deposit return.

Early Check-Out:
There is no payment return (please read the terms & conditions of re-usage).

Penalties Re-Usage (not applicable for Groups & Events):
The amount not reimbursed in any situation described above (except No-Shows)
can be compensated during low season in a period of 12 months upon date of cancellation.
