Zpa Etiquette

>> Children under 16 are not allowed access to the Zmar circuit;
 
>> Guests must use towels during all activities, particularly the Turkish baths and sauna, and to wipe down equipment after use;
 
>> Showers must be taken before entering the pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna;
 
>> Footwear used outside must not be worn in any Zpa area;

>> After using the pool or any other wet area, guests must dry themselves before moving on to any other Zpa area;

>> Smoking is expressly forbidden inside the Zpa premises;

>> You are advised to arrive at the Zpa 15 minutes before any booking;

>> Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before a booking will be charged at the full price of the service;

>> For health, hygiene and preventive reasons, any guests suffering from skin diseases, open wounds, or eye, nose or ear diseases may not use the pool or jacuzzi;

>> The management cannot be held responsible for any physical damage or accident resulting from the negligent or incorrect use of the facilities;

>> Any damaged or missing Zpa property must be paid for by the individual(s) responsible;

>> Zmar cannot be held liable for theft or damage to personal items or valuables which takes place within its premises;

>> With the exception of guide dogs, it is expressly forbidden to bring animals into the Zpa;

>> Please disconnect your mobile phone during the time you are inside the Zpa;

>> The consumption of food or alcoholic drinks is expressly forbidden.
